What to include

For a training problem, include the model name, approximate creation time, the stage shown in the interface, and the visible error message. For a payment problem, include the checkout email, approximate payment date, and amount. Do not email source audio, passwords, full card numbers, or security codes.

Voice rights and safety

Report suspected impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized voice training to the same address. Include the public context needed to investigate without sending private or sensitive material unnecessarily.
