Acceptable use

You may

Train your own voice; train a voice when the speaker has knowingly given you permission; create legitimate music, performance, accessibility, research, parody, or creative work that respects the speaker and applicable law.

You may not

Train a voice taken without permission; impersonate someone deceptively; create fraud, scams, non-consensual sexual content, harassment, threats, or election manipulation; evade another service's safety controls; violate privacy, publicity, copyright, contractual, or other legal rights; probe, overload, resell access to, or interfere with this beta.

When in doubt

Do not upload the audio. Permission to hear, possess, or publish a recording does not automatically mean permission to create a reusable voice model from it.

Reporting

Report suspected misuse to the service operator. Access and files may be suspended while a report is reviewed.
